Wow. I just got back from spending 4 days at the San Diego Comic Con. I honestly didn’t realize just how big of an event this thing is. If you are asking yourself if you should go next year, what I would suggest is to start saving your pennies now. I know will be. I must have spent $300 on art and sketchbooks… which has put my “art book collection” over the 300 mark.
However, the best part of this whole experience has been the inspiration to pick up where I have seemingly left off. I have not drawn a picture in weeks… and seeing the passion and the passion for the passion has made me… passionate once again. I am even thinking of setting up a booth at the Toronto Comic Con this Fall.
To all the people I met there, I want to say hello once again. Keep in touch with me and I will see you next year if not sooner.
